We’re looking for a Local People Partner to join our team and help shape a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to implement HR strategies, support employee wellbeing, and ensure compliance with local policies and labor laws. You’ll flex between strategic and hands-on work, making a real impact across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on team dynamics, performance, and change management

• Resolve employee relations issues with empathy and compliance

• Lead local wellbeing for employees

• Ensure HR policies and labor laws are applied consistently and effectively

• Support audits, compliance, and global mobility processes

• Collaborate on local HR programs, events, and process improvements

• Provide insights on local labor markets and government regulations

What you bring:

• Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or related field

• 5+ years in a generalist HR role within a global, fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and audit processes

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, adaptable approach

The US base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $127,000 per year.
