Senior Sales Engineer

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:<br><br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.</p></li><li><p>Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans, including setting targets, developing promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.</p></li><li><p>Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.</p></li><li><p>Market Research: Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the maintenance and repair welding products &amp; service sector.</p></li><li><p>Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and technologies in welding and maintenance and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.</p></li><li><p>Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.</p></li><li><p>Payment: Ensuring timely payment collection from direct business &amp; through distributor.</p></li></ul><p>Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and production dept for drawings, jobs, stocks, and logistics.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
