Job Description

  • Assist client Population Science Study Team Leads with preparation, review, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving study documentation according to standard operation procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct periodic review of study files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist Population Science Team Leads with preparation, handling, and distribution of supplies and tracking information.
  • Assist Population Science Operations with drafting, maintenance, and schedule of review of SOPs.
  • Facilitate and organize study team meetings; take meeting minutes; facilitate information sharing and cross- team or cross-project communications.
  • Demonstrate superior communication skills; attention to details; ability to think pro-actively and escalate concerns/ issues in a timely manner; comply with project or task timelines to support overall success in project milestones.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in biology, chemistry, or STEM-related field
  • 2+ years of behavioral or human study experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical device field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines.
  • Interaction with investigator sites for study conduct. 
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
    • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Ability to think proactively and escalate concerns/issues in a timely manner
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to communicate with Sponsor and CRO management
  • Good project planning and management skills to ensure goals are met under tight timelines, as well as an ability to contribute creative and practical solutions to problems

Additional Information

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

  • Position is full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00 pm. 
  • May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
