We’re looking for freelance UGC creators who know how to stop the scroll and spark genuine interest.

Your mission: help turn Mimo into a movement by creating short-form content that grabs attention, builds curiosity, and inspires millions to start building software.

Who you are:

You’re not just a creator; you’re a motivated innovator:

• You already maintain an engaged audience on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, preferably with an interest in AI, productivity tools, or tech trends.

• You’ve made content that caught fire (or at least came close).

• You live and breathe creative experimentation: you’re constantly testing new hooks, new formats, and new styles.

• You’re a storyteller from concept to final cut: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, posting.

Requirements

What you’ll do

• Create ~5 short-form videos per month

  • Use briefs from us and pitch your own ideas

  • Script, shoot, edit, and post - you have full ownership

• Track & iterate

  • Monitor engagement metrics (watch time, shares, comments…)

  • Try fresh hooks, experiment with new formats

  • Stay ahead of trends and pitch them

How we’ll work together

• Application + portfolio

  • Tell us why you care about AI and productivity, and share your best content on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (especially hits).

• Create your first test video series

  • If there’s a match, we’ll pay you €50 to create a compelling short-form video within a week.

• Ongoing collaboration

  • Impress us, we’ll bring you on as a long-term creator, and we’ll ask you to create up to 5 short-form videos per month (up to €5.25k/month).
    

Compensation

• €50 per video (approved and published)

• Viral bonus:

  • €250 if a video passes 250k views

  • €500 if a video passes 500k views

  • €1,000 if a video passes 1M views
