Job Summary:

Embark on a dynamic role as the Adult Psychology Program Coordinator at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. In this position, you'll lead the coordination of post-doctoral fellows, interns, and externs in various training programs, ensuring high-quality education experiences. From planning educational events and seminars to managing recruitment and fostering growth, this multifaceted role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Department of Psychiatry's training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Psychology training program lifecycle from the application phase through the end of the training year including budget management.

  • Prepare materials for didactics and educational sessions such as handouts, flyers, etc.

  • Trainee onboarding including HCM updates, background checks, scheduling, orientation, calendaring, allocating pay, registering for benefits, registering for CHCO and UCH systems and badges, setting up required training, and completing HR requirements including I-9 documentation.

  • Actively work to make the candidate experience inclusive and welcoming.

  • Actively Collaborate with the Training directors, other Program coordinators and OET leadership.

 

 

Work Location:

Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
