• Responsibilities. ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Senior Lead QA Engineer at our Miami, FL location. Responsibilities: Responsible to design and execute comprehensive manual test plans for backend and frontend systems, including SQL databases and user interfaces built with Angular and React. Develop and maintain automated test suites using JavaScript-based tools (Cypress, Mabl) and Behavior Drive Development frameworks (Cucumber). Perform various types of testing: functionality, data integrity, performance, regression, usability, cross-browser, responsive design, and accessibility; ensuring WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) compliance. Implement automated accessibility checks using appropriate tools and guidelines Conduct API testing using Postman and other relevant tools. Execute load tests to assess system performance under various conditions. Identify, document, and report defects with detailed reproduction steps; prioritize issues based on severity and impact. Track defect resolution using bug-tracking systems and analyze trends to report on overall product quality. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective testing strategies. Plan and coordinate testing activities, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to quality standards. Create and maintain test scripts and documentation. Prepare and present testing status reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations. Maintain test documentation and participate in code reviews. Explore and implement new testing tools and methodologies. Monitor test metrics to improve testing efficiency. Mentor team members in automation and accessibility testing best practices.
