We are looking for a motivated Event Intern to join our Operations team in Munich and play a key role in the planning and execution of events — including our annual Company Kick-Off. The internship is full-time (40 hours per week) and should ideally last between 3 and 6 months. We offer attractive compensation, including vacation entitlement. After the internship, there is the option to continue as a working student if both sides agree. In this role, you will help shape experiences that connect people, strengthen our culture, and make Userlane a place where everyone enjoys coming together.Your mission<br/>You will be involved in all aspects of event management at Userlane and gain comprehensive insights into how internal and external events are planned, organised, and executed.Your responsibilities include:Planning and coordinating internal company events that foster team spirit and <a href="http://collaboration.Acting" rel="noopener noreferrer">collaboration.Acting</a> as the main point of contact and coordinator for external events hosted in our Munich office — ensuring smooth communication, logistics, and a welcoming experience for guests and <a href="http://partners.Supporting" rel="noopener noreferrer">partners.Supporting</a> the Marketing team in organising customer and trade fair events, including logistics, materials, and vendor <a href="http://coordination.Collaborating" rel="noopener noreferrer">coordination.Collaborating</a> closely with cross-functional teams to align on event requirements and <a href="http://objectives.Researching" rel="noopener noreferrer">objectives.Researching</a> and managing venues, catering, and <a href="http://suppliers.Supporting" rel="noopener noreferrer">suppliers.Supporting</a> event communications (e.g., invitations, schedules, internal updates).Conducting post-event evaluations and identifying opportunities for improvement.This role offers the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of event management — from internal team gatherings to external marketing events and office-hosted experience<br/>Your profile<br/>Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree program (preferably a mandatory internship).Strong organisational skills and attention to <a href="http://detail.Excellent" rel="noopener noreferrer">detail.Excellent</a> communication and interpersonal <a href="http://abilities.Proactive" rel="noopener noreferrer">abilities. Proactive</a>, structured, and hands-on — you spot things that need to be done without being <a href="http://asked.You" rel="noopener noreferrer">asked.
