Senior IT Asset and Services Admin

Work you'll do 

• Work with vendors to schedule on-site device updates. 
• Maintain build sheets showing the site and device specifications. 
• Create after-action reports that indicate changes at the site and the disposition of each asset that was previously there. 
• Maintain a detailed inventory of newly installed assets, circuits, or services. 
• Ensure that assets are discovered and asset information correctly populated into the configuration management database. 
• Maintenance of clients' change and configuration management schedule. 
• Development and maintenance of SOPs detailing the hardware intake and management process. 
• Assist peers in the completion of tasks by giving direction, mentorship, and support. 
• Support of after-hours IT asset needs.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• 2 + Years of experience consulting for Federal clients. 
• 3 + Years of experience as a Systems administrator or IT Asset Manager.
• 1 + Years of experience managing a configuration management database (CMDB). 

Preferred: 

• 5 + years of experience supporting hardware IT Assets.
