Work you'll do
- Work with vendors to schedule on-site device updates.
- Maintain build sheets showing the site and device specifications.
- Create after-action reports that indicate changes at the site and the disposition of each asset that was previously there.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of newly installed assets, circuits, or services.
- Ensure that assets are discovered and asset information correctly populated into the configuration management database.
- Maintenance of clients' change and configuration management schedule.
- Development and maintenance of SOPs detailing the hardware intake and management process.
- Assist peers in the completion of tasks by giving direction, mentorship, and support.
- Support of after-hours IT asset needs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 2 + Years of experience consulting for Federal clients.
- 3 + Years of experience as a Systems administrator or IT Asset Manager.
- 1 + Years of experience managing a configuration management database (CMDB).
Preferred:
- 5 + years of experience supporting hardware IT Assets.
