THE JOB:

As a Cook, you will be responsible for skillfully applying culinary techniques. You will also set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food products and expertly apply culinary techniques.

• Identify and safely operate a variety of kitchen equipment suited for high-volume service environments.

• Maintain thorough menu knowledge and pay close attention to detail with plate presentation to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Efficiently restock kitchen supplies and food items necessary for seamless service in fast-paced settings.

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping, sanitation, and compliance with health standards.

• Work cohesively as a team to assist with all guest needs and inquiries, ensuring a positive dining experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Culinary Experience: Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills with a solid background in food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Strong Kitchen Knowledge: Proficient in using kitchen equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards.

• Resort/Casino Experience: Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.

• Work Schedule: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
