Manager, Social Listening

About the Role

As the Manager of Social Listening, you will provide regular reporting and insights to our CMO and GM organizations. You will help select the right social listening tool for the organization and onboard the social media handles. Integral to the role is the development of our social media reporting framework, conducting competitive analysis, and spearheading the creation of best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders across Research, Analytics and Data Science  

• Create internal social data tools & dashboards that deliver fast and meaningful insights.

• Produce ad hoc analyses to gain insight into social conversation trends and present actionable insights and recommendations to drive business strategy and product improvements.

• Analyze and track online sentiment and campaign performance

• Build and effectively communicate data stories to executives and key stakeholders via presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations.

• Leverage strategic reporting frameworks to provide actionable takeaways and inform high-level business decisions 

• Delivered data driven insights, sentiment analysis, and key learnings to stakeholders across the company.

• Be on the edge of industry and market trends including product, content, and consumer trends. 

You Must Have

• Passion for social media and cool products

• 5+ years of relevant experience with expertise around analytics, research, and insights delivery.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented leader.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment juggling multiple projects often under tight and concurrent deadlines and stakeholder needs. 

• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Innovative and creative with a self-starter mentality and eagerness to take on new tasks.

• Proven track record and enthusiasm for complex problem solving and analysis 

• Strong communication skills and ability to craft and present data driven analyses and insights to articulate performance and opportunities to key stakeholders.

• Strong work ethic and core values (honesty, integrity, creativity, etc).

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
