Executive Business Administrator

Gaming Devices Ecosystem (GDE) is seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator to support C-Level Executive.
This candidate will be self-motivated, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently at all levels. The candidate will need to work effectively within short time constraints, prioritize tasks and take appropriate action. This position is for an individual who is comfortable working without significant oversight or instruction and achieves results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
This role requires complex scheduling skills, good operational skills, an effective use of data and business systems, as well as the continual exposure to internal and external executive leadership.
To be successful, the candidate will have the ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks, make timely decisions across the organization, and adapt to constantly changing environments, while identifying areas to help support the business.

Responsibilities
- Complex schedule management, travel, and strategic time prioritization.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and ability to prioritize the calendar, balancing internal, external, and executive engagement.
- Executive presence and effective communicator to engage with Microsoft’s leadership team and external executive leadership.
- End-to-end complex domestic and international travel planning, including proactive adjustments to drive efficiencies.
- Work closely on aligning the Rhythm of Business processes and operations with the executive’s calendar to ensure tight coordination of commitments.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to manage team Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes and coordinate key meetings and events. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing security groups, generating new hire/anniversary reports, overseeing PCN/job requisition creation and management, and facilitating weekly operations team meetings.Pull people reports for org-level meetings in support of org-level meetings and events
- Work cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and communication for meetings and overall alignment and effective collaboration.
- Oversee and manage the organization’s space allocation needs, ensuring that all team members who require offices are either provided with appropriate space or are on track to receive designated offices based on quarterly data, while optimizing available resources and maintaining alignment with organizational growth and operational goals.
