Job Description Summary

This position reports to the Senior Director US Region Supply Chain. This position is leading the implementation and coordination of the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) for the US region across all BU (Excluding APM and PS). The IBP Leader will establish best practice across the BU and ensure standardized process are applied.

The Integrated Business Planning Process Leader monitors the quality of the output of the IBP during the meetings and ensures that issues and imbalances which are identified during the monthly IBP cycle are cross functionally reviewed, resolved, or escalated with recommendations and alternatives for closure.

This position reports to the Senior Director US Region Supply Chain. KEY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a road map for IBP US Region deployment across the BU to elevate existing process to standard methodology

  • Help drive organizational adoption for the US Region and acceptance of the IBP process.

  • Orchestrate the ongoing IBP process across all steps with focus on Demand Review and Reconciliation based on the supply response from the Global Team.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure clarity of financials to support decision making.

  • Support reoccurring assessment and ongoing IBP process improvement.

  • Drive Monthly E&O governance Process working with Cross Functional Partners to mitigate E&O as part of the Integrated Business planning process. Work with the Global Planning team, Commercials /Channel teams  and the DC organization.

  • Special projects as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations required; Masters or MBA strongly preferred. 

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in demand or supply planning using ERP.

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.      

  • APICS CPIM Certification preferred

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical skills.  Advanced PC Application skills, Power BI proficiency,

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Leadership ability to run meetings and coordinate information across several functions.

  • Demonstrates growth mindset and servant leadership

  • Previous integrated business planning (IBP) and inventory optimization experience required.

  • Previous demand planning, forecasting, and sales planning experience required.

  • Previous experience with ERP/APS systems required.
