RN Nurse Manager, Clinical, Hospice

BAYADA at Inspira Hospice has an immediate opening for a Full Time Clinical Manager. This Hospice office covers visits in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County. 

This individual will be a member of an experienced hospice care team that provides assessments, education and symptom management related to end of life care. 

 Hospice / care experience preferred, along with experience making home visits.

Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager: 

• You will develop and execute the client care while coordinating communications between clients, field staff, office and clinicians.
• You will facilitate new hire orientation for our field clinicians. 
• You will participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff to provide exceptional care

Qualifications for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Home Care / Hospice experience preferred. 
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
• Open to travel.
