Summary:
The Assistant Service Advisor greets customers, listens to descriptions of vehicles concerns/problems or service needed, determines the type of service required, and prepares repair orders.

Essential Duties:
- Make phone calls to customers
- Maintains and files repair orders, part invoices and rental forms
- Assists service and parts department with telephone coverage
- Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to parts and service departments
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Preforms other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Good organizational skills
- Good telephone skills
- Well organized, self-motivated, team player
