About the role

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently an Individual Training Branch Lead to support our Army client at multiple locations.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  
These positions are contingent on award.

How Role will make an impact:

  • Plans, coordinates, and executes individual MCIS and simulation training at squad to corps echelons.
  • Performs classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable MCIS.
  • Executes training on the system IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) following approved course instructional times.
  • Provides individual MCIS training to standard and on time, with 90% of the students successfully completing the course of instruction and receiving system certification.
  • Follows doctrine outlined in the TC 6-0 series, Training the Mission Command Warfighting Function.
  • During exercise/event execution, teaches/coaches exercise/event execution, Battle Simulation Workstation (BSWS) or JCATS functionality, and operations to training unit personnel who will be operating simulation workstations during training. exercises/events.
  • On occasion, operates BSWS or JCATS for the unit during execution of the training event. 

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
  • Education: BS or BA degree, subject immaterial.
  • Graduate of the Army CGSC.
  • Experience: Must have experience with operations and training requirements at BDE or higher level.
  • 10 years of related experience in instructional development.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training as well as the use and application of off-the-shelf tools and associated equipment and systems.
  • At least 10 years of experience with military training and training support.
  • Requires approximately 2 years of additional experience over the Training and Development Specialist. 

What Sets you apart:

  • ILE or equivalent level military schooling. Graduate of the Army Battle Staff Course and/or served as a Digital Master Gunner with ASI 5C identifier. 
  • Served as an Operations Sergeant Major or Operations Sergeant in a BN, BDE, DIV, or Corps command post.
