Job Summary:  

Perform General Responsibilities for providing Systems maintenance and development Perform Existing System Maintenance activities for providing ongoing support for various SHA Applications using Dot Net Framework, C#.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript programming, HTML, XML/XSL, and CSS Develop System Source Code and executables using Dot Net Framework, C#.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript programming, HTML, XML/XSL, and CSS Perform New System Development activities using Dot Net Framework, C#.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript programming, HTML, XML/XSL, and CSS

Job Responsibilities:

·       Sr. Dot Net Developer to work on a long-term project at MD State Hwy Administration

·       Works independent of supervision.

·       Oversees multiple projects

·       Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET programming languages (C#, ASP.NET). Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

·       Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer with a focus on C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.

·       Experience with front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is a plus.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

·       A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field

·       Must have eight (8) years of programming experience in software development or maintenance.

·       Six (6) years of professional experience working in the .NET Framework (all: C#.net, ASP.net, and VB.net)

·       Six (6) years of professional experience with all: JavaScript programming, HTML, XML/XSL, and CSS

·       five (5) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming Experience in MVC Framework,  ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET is required.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

·       A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline

·       10 years of programming experience in software development or maintenance.

·       Experience in React JS, Angular, JavaScript technologies.

·       Experience in DevExpress, Cordova

·       Experience in build and deploy apps in Mobile Technologies (ex. Using XCODE, Xamarin etc.)

·       Experience in working with Oracle or SQL Server backend technologies.

·       Experience in GIT, TFS, Azure Devops
