About the Role

A key tenant of that mission is ensuring we are able to reach and onboarding Americans looking to be empowered.  The Senior Analyst - Growth Analytics will conduct groundbreaking data analytics centered around our unique growth engine. We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit to help create new analytics, insights and reporting for the highly visible arm of the organization.

This role is onsite 4 days a week out of our New York City office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director, Marketing Strategy & Analytics and the VP of Growth to define the analytics roadmap and priorities that align with business goals and growth objectives
  • Operate as an owner - identify core KPIs and areas for improvement in channel mix, audience targets and new user onboarding
  • Perform deep analysis on platform performance, onboarding funnels and user experience
  • Evaluate the efficacy of marketing spend in driving conversion and growth for MoneyLion and it’s portfolio of products
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide real-time insight into customer acquisition performance and ROI
  • Plan and execute incrementality tests to understand the effectiveness of marketing spend in driving growth
  • Conduct LTV analysis to understand the long-term health and quality of channels
  • Develop marginal CAC and ROAS tooling to drive optimal budget mix across channels
  • Create forecasts of user acquisition and partner with finance to plan scenarios that drive the business planning processes
  • Collaborate with data engineers and broader analyst teams to manage in-house attribution model
  • Assist growth team in launching new channels and partners operating as the “go to” source for implementation of measurement, efficacy and performance
  • Ensure implementation of proper data tagging, user tracking; manage growth data models
  • Train growth and acquisition teams on the adoption of key tool

About You

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in banking, fintech, adtech or consulting
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in data analysis and data visualization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the innate desire to answer “why”
  • A strong problem solver with experience overcoming ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to explain technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical partners
  • High business acumen with a knack for using data to “fuel the business equation”
  • Understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing and experience applying them
  • Proficient in SQL, proficiency in Python a plus

The annual base salary for the Sr. Analyst - Growth Analytics is expected to be between $100,000 to $125,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
