Where no two days are the same. </p> <p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <ul><li>Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures for modern, intelligent, and resilient power grids, with a focus on automation, digitalization, and integration of renewable energy.</li><li>Translate customer requirements into scalable and future-proof Smart Grid solutions, covering areas such as EMS, SCADA, grid control systems, forecasting, and system integration.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.</li><li>Evaluate and integrate digital tools for grid simulation, data analytics, and real-time operations into customer-specific architectures.</li><li>Provide technical leadership in proposal development, solution design, and project delivery.</li><li>Identify innovation opportunities in Smart Grids, Microgrids, and Hybrid Systems and contribute to the continuous evolution of our solution portfolio.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and cybersecurity requirements in all architectural designs.</li></ul> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Automation Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Extensive experience in designing or implementing grid technologies such as EMS, SCADA, Smart Grids, Microgrids, or protection and control systems.</li><li>Proven track record in solution architecture, systems integration, or technical leadership in complex energy infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of grid control systems, real-time operations, data architectures, and digital engineering tools.</li><li>Experience with regulatory frameworks and industry standards in the energy sector.</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for innovation.</li><li>Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.</li></ul> <p><strong>What you’ll love about working here?</strong></p> <ul><li>An environment in which you can constantly develop yourself.
