Team Description
The Global Real Estate and Workplace Services (WPS) team is responsible for curating and sustaining our unique ServiceNow work environments around the world, helping to bring our purpose to life in the physical sense. We are responsible for the full life cycle of our physical workplaces, from ‘ideation to expiration’, and we are a key influencer of the employee experience by way of our workspaces, services, and amenities.
Main purpose of the Project Management Office
The Project Management Office (PMO) ensures capital projects are funded and executed effectively and efficiently assuring delivery on time and within budget. The PMO is responsible for developing and maintaining high standards to represent the ServiceNow brand by establishing best in class project management methodologies, standards, and tools, and communicating with Executive Management on all projects within the portfolio.
Job Overview
ServiceNow seeks a dynamic Director of PMO to lead the Workplace Services Program Management Office (construction focus). This role demands a leader with a record of successful project delivery, a passion for enhancing project management practices and significant experience in team leadership.
Responsibilities
Governance
· Establish a Center of Excellence aligned with PMI guidelines and company standards
· Manage multiple global projects with a capital budget in the range of $100M
· Implement efficiencies to meet/exceed financial expectations
· Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics
· Monitor compliance with project policies and standards
· Ability to interpret and apply standard documents affecting real estate projects (i.e., agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings
Team Leadership
· Coach and mentor team members, sharing best practices
· Build and manage the PMO team structure in line with company/project goals
· Coordinate project deliverables and reporting with cross-functional partners and support contractors
· Set performance targets and conduct quarterly evaluations
· Oversee Project Managers for project delivery
· Foster an energized and collaborative environment focused on project delivery and employee satisfaction
Tracking and Monitoring
· Track and provide project status and audit reports
· Manage risk, issue, and change resolution process
· Ensure contract compliance
Prioritization
· Provide executive leaders with project impact and strategic alignment infor
