Purpose:
As an Organizational Development Partner, you’ll help shape a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration by supporting key initiatives that drive performance, engagement and employee development. In this dynamic role, you’ll contribute to the design and facilitation of impactful learning programs and partner with teams across the business to deliver OD solutions that have a meaningful impact on employees across the business. - Provides OD coordination support for Athene’s employee development programs:
- Leadership and Employee Development
- New employee onboarding workshops and programs
- Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program
- Coaching Programs
- Support the design and delivery of innovative learning tools, resources, eLearning courses, workshops, and other learning solutions that align to Athene’s Core Capabilities.
- Collaborate with key partners and vendors to monitor and enhance learning initiatives.
- Evaluates learning needs and recommends or assists with solution development.
- Provides support to business units and HR team members to implement and deploy OD programs.
- Coordinates and serves as liaison for Athene’s LOMA continuous education program.
- Monitors data and generates reports to analyze trends and patterns in OD and learning programs to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions.
- 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, communication, HR, or other professional fields with a focus on people and/or organizational effectiveness.
- Must be able to manage priorities yet be adaptable and flexible as business needs change.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management practices.
- Confident and effective presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Preferred, but not required skills:
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms and practices.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) fundamentals
- Experience in financial or insurance services
- Articulate 360 suite (Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Graphic design experience
- Audio/Video production
- Experience with the Workday Learning LMS & Skills Cloud
- Experience with Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI tools
