As a Cross-Team Associate Producer, you'll play a key role in the planning, production, and execution of high-impact brand experiences. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who’s ready to own the details, grow into a more strategic, client-facing role, and flex across multiple teams and types of work — from logistics to creative discovery to onsite leadership.
You’ll support established wellness and healthcare programs while also helping build new business initiatives from the ground up. You’ll work cross-functionally to bring thoughtful, purpose-driven activations to life — contributing to both strategic planning and flawless on-the-ground execution.

Overview
- Jump In Where Needed – Flex between accounts and teams based on shifting priorities. Support day-to-day production and execution across multiple client programs. Flex between accounts based on shifting priorities. Exercise independent judgment in managing production workflows, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with client objectives across multiple programs.
- Own the Details – Help manage timelines, deliverables, workbacks, and production schedules to ensure smooth execution from kickoff to wrap.
- Keep Everyone in the Loop – Draft agendas, recap meetings, and track action items so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Master the Movement – Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of event materials. Ensure everything gets where it needs to go.
- Support Onsite Execution – Assist with run-of-show logistics, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground support. Serve as a point of contact for specific components or zones.
- Track the Paper Trail – Support purchase orders, invoice management, contract drafting, and budget tracking.
- Assist with Research & Development – Contribute to venue sourcing, vendor research, and creative inspiration decks for live and virtual events.
- Translate Tech to Action – Communicate confidently with tech vendors and production teams to help integrate AV, show calling, or virtual platform elements.
- Support New Business – Assist with logistics planning, budget pulls, and deck development for proposals and pitch opportunities. Contribute strategic insights to logistics planning and budget preparation by pulling relevant budget data, evaluating vendor capabilities, recommending cost-effective solutions for proposals and pitch opportunities, and helping format decks to ensure they are clear, polished, and client ready.
- Be a Trusted Teammate – Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and clients — always asking “How can I help?” Help bridge communication between clients and internal teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
- Own Your Decisions – Confidently make informed calls that help drive projects forward and keep clients happy.
- Travel & Flexibility – Willingness to travel for events and adjust to the unexpected with a positive, can-do attitude.
