The Sr. Manager Cybersecurity, Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) Innovative Medicine R&D is a results-oriented self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking for opportunity to inspire change in an established organization. They will have responsibility for all aspects of identifying and managing security risk and serve as the focal point for all security matters supporting our Pharmacovigilence and Safety organizations! In addition, the role will support on-going acquisition and divestiture activities as Johnson & Johnsons continues to grow through acquisitions.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive key cross-regional projects in alignment with ISRM and R&D security strategy to improve cyber capabilities and maturity.
  • Provide cyber security consulting, expertise and assurance to Business and IT teams in the development and implementation of secure data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Business and IT teams to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities in data analytics processes, models, and algorithms.
  • Conduct security assessments of R&D platforms, tools, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance to cybersecurity regulatory mandates and internal policies.
  • Drive consistency, use of common security products, practices, and standards across the organization.
  • Drive the deployment threat intelligence capabilities to monitor for new threats, vulnerabilities and assess their potential impact.
  • Facilitate education and training to the organization on cybersecurity procedures and controls.
  • Communicate valuable metrics to senior leadership, including timely visibility of security incidents, vulnerabilities and issues.
  • Participate in business planning to ensure information security and risk management capabilities are appropriately considered and included in plans.
     

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in technology, cybersecurity or other rigorous discipline is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Security, Technology or relevant discipline is required
