As Maintenance Director you will:

• Plan and perform routine preventive maintenance to keep the center in exceptional condition.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and medical equipment.
• Monitor and assist with building renovations and remodeling projects.
• Manage maintenance department, including staff, budgets, and supplies.
• Implement and follow safety guidelines and regulations, including the Center's Emergency Operation Plan.
• Oversee and assist with grounds maintenance and equipment.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of building codes and safety regulations, including OSHA.
• Ability to use the Center's maintenance equipment, which may require extensive physical activity at times.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, employees, and visitors.
• Ability to be on-call and work evenings and weekends, as needed.
