What You’ll Do

• Support Daily Operations: Work closely with the Parts Manager to keep the department running smoothly.
• Parts Procurement & Supply: Accurately source and supply the right parts for customers, technicians, and the service team.
• Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers in person, over the phone, and online.
• Inventory Management: Help track and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Stay Current: Continue learning about new products, accessories, and technologies to better serve our customers.
• Professional Standards: Maintain a clean, organized workspace that reflects Toyota’s commitment to quality.

• Previous experience in automotive parts (dealership experience is a plus).
