Primary Purpose:  The ideal candidate will have experience in managing marketing, creative or advertising projects. The primary focus will be to lead cross functional teams to drive implementation, development, and project schedules for marketing initiatives. The individual will identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage 360 marketing project timelines across all mediums partnering closely with internal Coach Teams (2D & 3D Creative Services, Digital Creative, Communications/PR, Global Customer Experience, CRM, VM) and global business unit partners.
  • Create, and execute a well-defined project plan and schedule with tasks and resource assignments.
  • Own project budget, scope, schedule, and resources
  • Maintain & issue project management work flow documents to key stakeholders.
  • Develop effective communication processes to inform the cross-functional teams about project progress, roadmaps and key deliverables.
  • Responsible for balancing projects in marketing portfolio and communicating priorities to cross-functional partners.
  • Identify process standards and best practices for how teams should approach projects.
  • Implement, document, and communicate process standards to the project team.

 

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional marketing experience
  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, customer service and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build effective partnerships
  • Strong organizational skills, timely delivery of projects
  • Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines
  • Ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fashion or Luxury experience a plus
