Location: Petersburg, VA
Pay Rate: Up to $36.00/hour (DOE) | Direct Hire
Estimated annual earnings up to $95,000, including base pay, weekly performance bonuses, shift differentials, and planned overtime. Benefits begin on Day 1.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Ability to pass an electrical aptitude/entrance exam
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Working knowledge of shop math, technical drawings, and measuring tools
- Experience with AC/DC motors and PLC troubleshooting
- Familiarity with electrical drives, control systems, NFPA 70E, and high-voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Proficiency with standard electrical maintenance tools
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic systems in an industrial setting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, PLCs, drives, and control systems
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment operates within specifications
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery, cranes, and mobile equipment
- Service electrical components of pumps, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Install and maintain automated and electronically controlled equipment
- Wire complex circuits and balance electrical loads
- Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and recording devices
- Document maintenance work, repairs, and material usage
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to support maintenance activities
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues
