We’re looking for a General Manager of Collegiate Gaming who understands this world inside and out. Someone who knows what it takes to succeed in collegiate League of Legends, Rocket League, Valorant, and beyond. But more than that, we need someone who sees what we see: the potential to turn passion into a career, to help creators build sustainable businesses, and to make Metafy the go-to platform for collegiate gaming.

What you'll be doing:

Connecting with Top-Tier Creators: Identify and onboard creators in collegiate-relevant titles like League of Legends, Rocket League, Valorant, and Call of Duty—helping them see how Metafy can enhance their reach and revenue.

Unlocking Value for Creators: Work with creators to tap into the collegiate gaming audience, turning their influence into sustainable income through coaching, premium content, and fan engagement strategies.

Building a Collegiate Presence: Make Metafy the go-to platform for improving in collegiate games by establishing relationships with key creators who can bring their audience along with them.

Tailoring Growth Strategies: Help creators understand their unique value in the collegiate space and develop content that speaks directly to this highly motivated audience.

Driving Platform Adoption: Work cross-functionally with Metafy’s marketing and product teams to ensure collegiate creators have the support they need to succeed on the platform.

The Role

You'll be the link between Metafy and the collegiate esports scene, reporting directly to our CEO. Your job? Bring the most influential collegiate creators onto the platform and help them turn their communities into thriving businesses. No fluff, no shortcuts—just real support for the people who make collegiate gaming what it is.
