👋 Guest Experience & Sales

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and upbeat attitude—Family Style Service is the name of the game
• Promote and upsell merchandise with confidence and product knowledge
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages browsing and buying
• Stay informed about resort amenities to assist guests beyond the shop

💵 Cash Handling & Inventory

• Operate the register and handle all payment transactions with accuracy
• Maintain your cash bank and follow all cash management procedures
• Receive, unpack, fold, and stock merchandise daily
• Keep the selling area neat, organized, and visually appealing

🧠 Skills & Requirements

• Must have a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs
• Stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy, or smoky environments
