- Own end-to-end program management for assigned global events from concept through execution and closeout.
- Lead event core teams on a regular cadence; drive decisions, remove obstacles, and coordinate workstreams (content, branding, exhibitor/sponsor relations, logistics/operations, project coordination, and satellites).
- Develop event strategy, objectives, and success metrics in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management; ensure messaging and deliverables align to business priorities.
- Build and manage event budgets (up to $3M+), forecast spend, track financial performance, and identify cost optimization opportunities.

- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for venues, sponsors/exhibitors, and third-party vendors in collaboration with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, and Finance.
- Create and execute detailed event logistics and operations plans (timelines, run-of-show, registration, travel, on-site production, risk management, and contingency plans).
- Serve as primary liaison across key stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Global Marketing, Community Relations, Events, and regional teams) to align expectations and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage RFP and procurement processes to ensure competitive, compliant vendor selection and clear scopes of work.
- Design and analyze post-event feedback (surveys, debriefs, and performance reporting) and translate insights into actionable improvements across the event portfolio.
- Monitor event and experiential marketing trends and benchmark competitor events to recommend innovations that enhance attendee engagement and business outcomes.
