Your Main Tasks

As a student helper your work will vary – from tasks that require hardware skills such as reading schematics (useful if you know – otherwise we will teach you) to visualising some of our key performance indicators in e.g. Grafana.

You are enjoying coding in Python and perhaps you are familiar with C-programming. Coding tasks will also vary e.g. from tools to analysing data and identifying points of interest, to web programming to present data.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You will primarily be working on tasks that will improve and optimise our automated systems for specialised testing. It will be a great advantage if you have experience with one or more of the following:
  • Python
  • C-programming
  • Web programming (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Git/Gerrit
  • Grafana and SQL queries
  • Confluence
  • Understanding of hardware and schematics
You will be working with one of our specialised engineering teams; where we have good opportunities to collaborate and learn, as well as demonstrate all the interesting things you can. The department is a good mixture of very experienced and engineers who graduated a couple of years ago, and clearly recall being ‘in your shoes’.
We would be pleased to have you with us, if
  • you are independent and want to learn and collaborate with others.
  • you prefer your ideal workplace in a global company, but at the same time a local workplace with great freedom of action.
  • you are eager to share your knowledge and help your colleagues - together we learn best and most.
  • You would like to work as a student in an informal, humorous work environment, with lots of exciting tasks, and at the same time where you have fun and get a strong, social network
  • You are probably starting on your 7th or 9th semester after the summer holiday
We would like to you start during the summer holiday, so that you have a period where you can try and work fulltime in the role. When your studies resume, then we would like if you could work with us at least one full day a week, but we are flexible.

We offer you:
  • a professional and social network with some very good colleagues
  • different social and sportive events
  • free access to gym, and different feel good activities in the office
  • a good canteen arrangement
