About the role:

We have multiple positions available with different age groups and student populations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assess students' speech-language abilities and develop treatment plans.
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs.
  • Develop goals and conducts assessments in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
  • Have a passion for supporting complex communicators and utilize a flexible approach.
  • Willingness to collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders including colleagues, school administration, and caregivers.
  • Ensures that evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery strictly adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Embraces additional responsibilities that contribute to our collective mission.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is preferred.
  • A master’s degree
