Daily Rate: $800

 

GFT is looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will be part of an innovation project from  a global banking institution, managing Generative AI capabilities, including inference, fine-tuning, data curation and labelling. As a GFT team member you will be part of a high performing team of executives within a 10,000+ and growing, global organization developing and implementing technology solutions for its clients and partners.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Generative AI Development: Design, build, and implement Generative AI

solutions with a focus on fine-tuning and techniques such as Retrieval-

Augmented Generation (RAG);

 

• Research and Development: Lead and participate in research activities to

explore and advance state-of-the-art Generative AI techniques, adopting new

methods and approaches as necessary;

 

• Monitoring Ongoing Research: Stay actively engaged in monitoring ongoing

research efforts, keeping abreast of emerging trends, and ensuring that the

Generative AI team remains at the forefront of the field;

 

• Testing and Experimentation: Define tests and experiments to assess the

relevance and feasibility of Generative AI solutions for business use cases;

 

• Asset Development: Contribute to the growth of a catalogue of common assets,

such as code templates, libraries, utilities, and services.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

 

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Data Scientist;

• Proven track record of building and deploying Generative AI solutions, particularly with fine-tuning or RAG techniques;

• Education: M.Sc or Ph.D. in Mathematics.
