Program Manager II, Supply Chain, Submarine Network Commercial Operations

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• Experience in procurement operations, supply chain operations, or strategic sourcing.
  
• Experience with contract management, commercial agreements, financial reporting, invoicing, or expense management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience supporting the operations of building infrastructure like data centers, bridges, oil and gas lines, or submarine cables.
  
• Experience in data analytics and using tools like SQL.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (go-to person) in the Network Commercial Operations (NetCO) for assigned submarine network infrastructure projects.
  
• Manage financial projects and scalable controls for submarine network infrastructure projects.
  
• Take business ownership for all NetCO business intelligence reporting solutions supporting the area.
  
• Oversee business execution of a global multi-disciplinary commercial operations environment (e.g., contracts, payments, systems, financial governance).
  
• Manage a complex commercial operations program and ensure things run smoothly.
