Maintenance Technician, Multifamily

Some things you can expect to do:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.

• Coordinate and oversee vendor work.

• Perform general repairs/adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants.

• High school degree or equivalent and 2+ years of successful maintenance experience in a commercial environment.

• Valid driver's license, clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

You will really stand out if you:

• Have a knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make needed adjustments and general repairs.

Eligibility:

• Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The annual base pay is $46,000 - $61,850. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
