A Bridge To Achievement is seeking an energetic and career-minded professional to join our team! We are currently hiring a full time Floater/RBT position at our Winston-Salem center location. This is an onsite position and the applicant must be willing to work between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.

***This role specifically will also be covering Specialized Programs Coordinator duties at times of need, including extended periods. Please see the job description for both roles down below:

SUMMARY OF FLOATER/LEAD/RBT:

The Lead Registered Behavior Technician/Floater (LRBT/F) position provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This position implements individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, collects and enters data, builds & maintains rapport, and ensures learners have a supportive and encouraging environment to learn in. This position supports their assigned center by working with a variety of learners in a floating capacity, based on call out and coverage needs while still maintaining clinical excellence. This position stays up to date with all learner treatment plans, BIPs, and behavioral support needs by staying in consistent communication with clinical team members. This position is expected to be a role model to all fellow behavior technicians by exemplifying agency core values, following all agency procedures, and by demonstrating clinical continuity across all sessions.

SUMMARY OF SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS COORDINATOR:

The Specialized Programs Coordinator is an experienced behavior technician who is responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of programs and running group times within the specialized programs.  This position is responsible for building/maintaining rapport, group time program implementation, data collection/entry, and keeping up-to-date on programming goals/changes for each learner served. In addition, this position may need to provide 1:1 and/or group therapy to learners based on their individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs based on agency need.

Essential Functions (Lead RBT/Floater):

• Step in to cover learner sessions across assigned center based on staffing and coverage needs, ensuring all learners receive consistent care with treatment fidelity even with short notice
• Take part in regular staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and supervision sessions to enhance personal and professional growth to ensure clinical excellence is maintained
• Provide leadership in mentoring and guiding less experienced staff, supporting the development of future behavior technicians as directed by clinical leadership at assigned center
• Remains up to date on learner progress through clinical check-ins with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure clinical continuity across sessions
• Implements group times with up to eight learners while maintaining clinical integrity and learner safety
• Assists with ongoing assessments of learner by utilizing 97152
