Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our company as a Support Sales & Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various activities within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. 

• Provide support in various practice activities within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domains.
• Conduct market research to gather insights and identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute strategies and initiatives effectively, demonstrating strong business acumen.
• Create compelling presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel to communicate findings and proposals.
• Ability to structure complex problems and provide analytical support to aid decision-making processes.
• Assist in enabling the Practice of sales activities by coordinating efforts and providing necessary support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years working in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domains.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market research.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
