Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Countering Foreign Influence Program (CFIP) Analyst to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Program Security Services (PSS) task order. ANTICIPATED AWARD: February/March 2027
ANTICIPATED START: March 2027
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Arlington, Virginia

 

Salary Range: $110,000–$160,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:

·        Serve as a subject matter expert regarding undue foreign influence and risks associated with foreign government talent programs, conflicts of interest, and conflicts of commitment.

·        Analyze volunteered information associated with prospective awardee submission packages and develop risk assessments concerning potential foreign influence.

·        Analyze foreign entities proposing to DARPA projects and assess risks associated with the research and/or proposer.

·        Prepare and provide risk assessments and recommendations to DARPA leadership.

·        Provide weekly status updates regarding open and completed reviews to SID/SAPCO leadership and contribute information to monthly management reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):

·        A Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant analyst, risk management, or program security experience -OR- an Associate’s degree with 6 years of related experience.

·        Demonstrated successful experience supporting DoD or IC research and development (R&D) programs.

·        Knowledge of foreign influence risks, foreign government talent programs, conflicts of interest, and conflicts of commitment.

·        Strong analytical, risk assessment, research, and written communication capabilities
