Imbedded pelvic physical therapist in Women's Care clinics supporting local OBGYN practice. Rotate between locations to include Morehead Medical Plaza, Arboretum, and Ballantyne. Clinic days are Monday-Friday, hours 7:00-5:00, depending on the practice.
Pay Range:
$35.50 - $53.25This position will rotate between locations to include Morehead Medical Plaza, Arboretum, and Ballantyne. Pelvic Physical Therapy Experience needed.
Essential Functions
- Evaluates patients, selects and administers assessment techniques, synthesizes information to establish appropriate patient care plan to include necessary modalities, procedures, exercise programs, therapeutic groups and patient education as warranted by a holistic view of the patient's diagnosis, condition, age, and discharge needs.
- Gathers and interprets appropriate data from the medical record, physician reports, patient, and/or family as evidenced by documentation.
- Establishes functional goals in conjunction with the patient and provides evidenced based intervention to work towards me
