Remote - Production Engineer

We’re looking for a Production Engineer who has experience being in an operationally focused role. Our ideal candidate will have previously worked on infrastructure reliability and be looking for a exciting growth opportunity.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage backend services like our data warehouse solution, site and host monitoring, phone infrastructure, and our production platform.
• Own and manage ETL and data ingestion pipelines that collect our distributed data into our data warehouse
• Have the ability to quickly prototype and test new solutions and tools to our ever-evolving problems. Also, the ability to reject or deploy solutions quickly, based on evidence and data.
• Strong ability to code, particularly in the area of shoring up and integrating open source solutions to meet our specific needs.
• Have excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment

Requirements:

• 5-7 years pf experience as a software engineer
• A minimum of 3 years in an operationally focused role
• Experienced playing a key role in deployments of new tools
• Previously worked on infrastructure reliability
