Job Description:
Account Specialist provides non-customer facing support functions for CVL Remarketing within the Manage Sales of Recovered Assets risk control framework. Associates need to be able to manage high volumes of accounts and communicate effectively with agent lots, transport carriers, and approved remarketing vendors in the sale of collateral assets while ensuring compliance to all laws, rules, and bank policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage transport of collateral assets
- Scheduling collateral for sale
- Provide collateral evaluations
- Managing account status and notifications
- Imaging of title documents
- Reconciliation of Title documents against sold collateral
- Validation of Third-Party Authorized Signer Documents
- Reconcile quarterly reports for testing
- Procedure writing and/or modification
- Review and update Procedures within the FLU
- Moderate initiative and project execution work
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years Collections & Recovery experience
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Current or previous customer delight experience
- Demonstrated organization skills in a fast-paced environment including ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Goal driven and results oriented
- Ability to embrace change

- 3+ years Collections & Recovery experience

Shift: 9 am – 6 pm Monday through Friday
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
