Job Title: Lastmile Delivery Supervisor

Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $60,000 - $70,000/y

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Key Responsibilities:

• Control the whole dispatch work to the DSP and the drivers;
• Ultimate the dispatch route to the sorting side;
• Manage the abnormal and exceptional issues of the whole Delivery Process;
• Estimate the performance of each driver and DSP, and introduce the backup DSP;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Ability to process basic documents (Excel, Word, PPT, PDF, etc.)
• English can be used as a working language
• Ability to organize and manage on-site operations
