Job Summary:

Salaried position that is responsible for administering and managing day to day operations as it pertains to staffing, customer relations, inventory, and the overall security of the business assets. Position requires a minimum 40-hour work week to ensure optimal coverage including days, nights, and weekends.

Retail sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible availability
Additionally:
Strong communication skills
Experience with computers
Excellent customer service is desired
Must be available nights and weekends

Additional Information:

• Pay Includes: Salary + commission- $41,600.00

Education and Experience:

Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma with an additional two-Year degree or more preferred.  A minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory position or related retail sales position is optimal.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Standing: Be able to stand 8 hours without sitting.
• Average Mental Requirements: One must have the ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization while being able to interpret various instructions.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively.
