We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT System Administrator/System Analyst to join the IT team.

Responsibilities
The Senior IT System Administrator/System Analyst will:
- You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that align with business needs
- You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that systems function efficiently and effectively

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related area and normally possess 10years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Proven experience with systems analysis, design, and implementation
- Proficiency in system analysis tools and methodologies
- Experience with SQL, databases, and ERP systems
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with AWS cloud operations
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project)
- Soft Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work aptitude and interest in learning new technologies
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements and specifications
- System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- System Administration: Proven experience administering Windows 2019+/Linux systems in a complex environment
- Solution Design: Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and data models to support business requirements
- Implementation Suppo: Coordinate and support the implementation of new systems or enhancements, including testing and troubleshooting
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems function as intended and meet quality standards
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between IT teams and business units to ensure clear communication and effective solutions
