About the Role
Ramp is entering its next phase of growth—scaling globally, competing for top AI and technical talent, and preparing for the long-term discipline required of a public-ready company. You will work directly with Ramp’s Compensation Lead and partner closely with leaders across Finance, Talent, People, and Legal—many with backgrounds from top-tier consulting, private equity, tech or high-growth startups. Your work will influence some of the company’s most important decisions: talent and hiring strategy, performance programs, equity planning, and compensation competitiveness in emerging markets.
This role blends strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution. It’s an ideal role for someone who is analytically exceptional, thrives in high-expectations environments, and wants to develop deep expertise in compensation while operating at the center of a fast-moving business.

Own high-stakes, end-to-end projects with a blend of strategic problem-solving and detailed execution—operating with speed, rigor, and a strong sense of ownership.
