<h2>Analyst - Technical Analysis</h2><p>The Analyst – Technical Analysis is responsible for providing technical analysis and support to the Organisation. This includes researching, analysing, interpreting data from various sources in order to develop solutions that will improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally this role provides guidance on best practices related to technology implementation as well as developing strategies for improving existing processes or systems within the company’s operations.</p><p></p><h2>Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p>Analyses current business process flows with a focus on identifying areas of improvement; recommend changes/enhancements accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Develops detailed documentation outlining system requirements based upon user needs assessment.</p></li><li><p>Designs test plans and execute tests against developed applications prior to deployment into production environment.</p></li><li><p>Monitors performance metrics associated with implemented technologies ensuring optimal operation levels are maintained.</p></li><li><p>Provides ongoing maintenance including troubleshooting issues reported by users.</p></li><li><p>Researches new technologies available in market place which may be beneficial towards meeting organisational objectives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates closely with other departments such as IT Operations, Development teams etc., when necessary.</p></li></ul>
