We are currently seeking a Data Entry Customer Representative to join our team in New York. This position plays a key role in supporting our customer service operations by ensuring accurate data processing and providing excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and account data in internal systems

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses via email and internal communication tools

• Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections

• Generate reports and assist with data-related projects

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth workflow

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
