About the Role:
As an intermediate-level clinician, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for patients with sensory-motor or neuromotor challenges.
- Implement and supervise therapy programs that promote functional independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
- Provide clinical supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Rehabilitation Aides, and students/volunteers.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with professional standards.
Professional Growth & Leadership:
- Begin to develop advanced proficiency in one or more clinical specialty areas.
- Partner with leadership to design and deliver staff training programs related to your area of specialization.
- Take part in key program functions such as student training, performance improvement initiatives, and staff onboarding.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Maryland.
- Must possess and maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of occupational therapy required.
- Master’s degree highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum three years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist required, with a minimum of two years of pediatric/rehab specialty.
