This team member will be critical in implementing scalable solutions to support the business processes for IHFM as we grow commercially. Specifically, this role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining API connections between Salesforce and Infor Syteline, and future QMS and MES systems, while working with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and propose technical solution options.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Assist in designing and implementing scalable and secure API architectures.
• Help define API standards, guidelines, and best practices for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into API solutions..
• Participate in the API lifecycle, including versioning, documentation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work closely with senior developers and project managers to gain hands-on experience and mentorship.
• Integrate APIs with ERP systems and other enterprise software to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
• Present and support project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and deliver project objectives.

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of three years experience of previous related experience
• Training in the specific technologies and programming languages that will be used for development

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Development and coding
• Architecture in APIs
• Has integrated a minimum of two systems

For Illinois (IL), the base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).  Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
