The Developer II - SharePoint is responsible for providing technical support for issues related to SharePoint and integration and escalating issues as needed. This position also monitors platform health and manages integration between SharePoint and other systems. The incumbent collaborates with development teams and internal stakeholders for enhancements and additional feature deployment. This role is responsible for creating SharePoint process documentation and managing security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education & Requirement
Required:
- Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with two plus (2+) SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams integration with SharePoint
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and other Microsoft products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
Preferred:
- Experience in full cycle SharePoint online platform and implementations
- Experience in integrating SharePoint online with other products and enterprise solutions
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
Key Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the following:
- Technical knowledge of SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
- Technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint solutions
- Power Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 integrations
- The functional responsibility of understanding business needs and translating them into effective SharePoint solutions
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
- Applicable data privacy practices and laws
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communicat
