Design Coordinator

Design Coordinator - Civils & Utilities | Bedfordshire

We are seeking a Design Coordinator to join a major Design & Build infrastructure project in Bedfordshire, coordinating approximately drawings across civil engineering and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review incoming design information.
Coordinate design activities from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 6 and handover.
Identify additional information required at Stage 5 and submit feedback to the client.
Coordinate as-built drawings and ensure inclusion within O&M manuals.
Support design compliance, quality and successful handover.
Liaise with design consultantsAbout You:

Experience in design coordination across civils, utilities or infrastructure.
Understanding of design stages 3-6 and handover requirements.
Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
